Clary Sage Oil is a dynamo when it comes to helping women. It has a unique hormone like components that help to balance out estrogen production in the body.
For anxiety and depression, simply use the oil in a diffuser in your home. You can also soak a cotton ball and place by your bedside.
For menstrual cramps, use 10mL of sweet almond oil and a few drops of clary sage oil. Rub your abdomen gently with the mixture for several minutes.
