Cedarwood oil is a cicatrizant; it promotes the healing of wounds and soothes irritation, inflammation, redness and itchiness. It is widely used in aromatherapy and is also appreciated in deodorizing applications.
It works effectively as an insect repellent as well as soporific. Cedarwood oil is also used in skincare products as it protects against acne-causing bacteria and regulates sebum production.
